Guidelines

At Modena Ristorante Vinoteca, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere and everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which enable us to deliver a memorable dining experience for everyone.

• Reservation Duration: Your table is reserved for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes for parties of up to 6 guests, and 2 hours for parties of 7 or more. This time frame allows us to accommodate all our guests efficiently and ensures that we can honor reservations for subsequent parties. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this time limit, as it helps us provide a pleasant dining experience for everyone.

• Grace Period: We hold the table for a grace period of 10 minutes past your reservation time. After this period, the reservation may be offered to our waitlist. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Seating Policy: All members of your party must be present in the restaurant to be seated. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if guests have not arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.

• No-Shows and Cancellations: No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a charge of $15 per person.

• Dining Location: Please be aware of your assigned dining area. We may not be able to accommodate requests for changes between the Dining Room, High Table, and Outdoor seating.

• Children: Families are always welcome at Modena Ristorante Vinoteca. We kindly ask that children remain seated and supervised to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

• Payment: To ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all our guests, we operate as a cashless restaurant. We gladly accept debit, credit cards and Apple pay for all transactions.

• Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to parties of six or more and to special events, including wine tastings and wine dinners

• Dining Atmosphere Guidelines: To maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere for all guests, we do not permit decorations, such as balloons, centerpieces, flowers, or confetti, in the dining room. Additionally, outside food and beverages, including cakes, are not allowed.

• Menu modifications: We do our best to accommodate special requests, but please be aware that modifications might not always be feasible, as they can affect the kitchen’s efficiency and the quality of our dishes.

• Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies you have, as not all ingredients may be listed for each dish on the menu. This will help us ensure that your meal is prepared safely and to your satisfaction.
