At Modena Ristorante Vinoteca, we’re delighted to welcome you! To help make your dining experience as enjoyable as possible, we’ve put together a few helpful details about reservations, seating, and dining with us.
Reservations & Seating
Reservations:
We encourage reservations in advance to secure your preferred dining time, especially on weekends and during peak hours.
Dining Time:
Tables are reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes for parties of up to 4 guests and 2 hours for parties of 5 or more. Thank you for helping us accommodate everyone who joins us.
Arrival & Seating:
We offer a 10-minute grace period for reservations. If you are running late, please let us know. Parties are seated once all guests have arrived. Reservations may be released after the grace period.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $15 per-person fee, according to the cancellation terms provided when booking.
Seating Preferences:
Our dining areas include the main dining room, high-top seating, and outdoor patio. We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences; changes to your reserved area are subject to availability.
Families & Children
Families are always welcome at Modena! While we do not offer a separate children’s menu, several of our dishes may appeal to younger guests. High chairs and booster seats are available in limited quantities; please request one when making your reservation. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate strollers in our dining areas. For everyone’s comfort and safety, children must remain seated and supervised by an adult.
Dining Atmosphere
Dress Attire:
We encourage business casual attire to complement our elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. While there is no formal dress code, we kindly ask guests to avoid baseball caps, athletic tank tops, and overly casual clothing.
Decorations & Outside Food:
Outside decorations, balloons, confetti, and outside food or beverages, including birthday cakes, are not permitted in our regular dining areas. Exceptions may apply to designated special events, including Little Chef Pizza Parties.
Menu Requests Allergies
Menu Modifications:
Our culinary team takes pride in every dish. While we are happy to consider special requests, some modifications may not be possible.
Food Allergies:
Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Some ingredients may not be listed on the menu. Although we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Payment & Gratuity
Payment Options Modena is a cashless restaurant. We gladly accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
Gratuity A 20% gratuity is automatically added to parties of six or more and to special events, including wine tastings and wine dinners.
